Hunt Group & External Call Forwarding Problem

Hello All,

I am new to this forum, and as the name states, am certainly not a phone guru. I have just started at a company with a Norstar MICS system running 4.1 and have been asked to setup a small office with the option of the users forwarding their phones to an external number. I know I can do this by programming two buttons, one for forwarding, and one for an external autodial number. I tried this on their phones, and it seems to program right, but the calls do not forward. Instead, they go into a hunt group. I have removed these members from the hunt group, but it still hunts. Can someone tell me how to remove the hunt group, or get this working anyways. I appreciate any and all help, thank you for your time.
