Office 2003 Basic edition. The user had previously been able to open up two instances of Outlook. They keep many other users calendars open, and opening up two instances makes them readable. (1/2 in one instance 1/2 in the other)
Something changed on one users workstation, and now it will only open up a single instance of Outlook. If you try and open another one, it just refreshes the original opened Outlook.
I looked it up, and found that Outlook 2003 is a single instance application. It should not be opening on the other workststions in multiple instances. But it does, and is very convienient. Any ideas how to get the multiple instance working again?
