Do you mean 2 Contacts folders? &nbsp;If they are duplicate, right click on one and select Close.<br />

If they are different, drag the content of one to the other to combine the contacts folders.<br />

No there is only one contacts folder in Outlook Personal Folders. &nbsp;The problem is when I compose an email and click the To button to add receipients. The contact list is empty. &nbsp;If I go to the upper right corner there is Show Names from the: Contacts. &nbsp; &nbsp;Now if I use the pull down menu to open the selection list there is another set of Contacts that has content. &nbsp;So I guess my question would be how do remove the phantom Contacts from the Show Names list or how do I set the correct Contacts list as default.

I ended up deleting all contacts and the outlook address book and re-creating to fix. &nbsp;Much thanks and points :-)
