Mailbox error in remote location.

I am located in Chicago, and I have a user that is in Singapore. There is an exchange server in both locations. The issue is we have a mailbox store which is shared among our accounting team, and the user cannot access it in Singapore. I have logged onto her account here, opened up Outlook, added the mailbox and can access it fine. She is able to add it but when she tries to open it she gets this error:
Cannot display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook cannot access the specified folder location. The operation failed. An object cannot be found
The object obviously exists, and her permissions are set correctly because I can view it here. Any ideas?
