Can Exchange server add a signature to firm wide outgoing email?

Can the Exchange server be setup to automatically add a signature to all outgoing emails?  This might be in addition to any signature the user added.

    Not on its own.
    You will need third party tools to do that.
    Exclaimer, DisclaimIT are two that I can immediately think of.
    There are some event sinks from Microsoft, but they have limitations that make their use impractical.
