I have exchange server 2003 that has been running fine for about a year now with a hardware spam filter box behind it.  I created a new user and he can receive emails from people internal to the domain but he is not getting them from the outside world.  I see them come through the spam filter but he never gets them.  Im not too sure how to troubleshoot exchange and see emails coming in and out to see where his email is being lost.  Any help would be appreciated.

My guess is that it is probably something on the spam filter box that you have to do to authorize or enable his email address.  What is the model of appliance you are using?

Everyone elses emails are coming through.  I verified that they are making it through the spam filter and sent out of the spam box to the email server.  From there the email is lost.

I was thinking about maybe installing a new email box for that user and see if he get those in his account.
