Remote user with new PC cannot connect to LAN

I had a connection set up with a remote user, he purchased a new PC and he can no longer access Exchange or my Server. Checked settings and they are the same as before, but it does not even attempt to connect. Any ideas

You'll have to give a more detailed description of what you're trying to do.  What type of connection is the remote user trying to use - remote access, remote desktop, Remote Web Workplace?  What settings did you check?  Is the user seeing any error messages when she/he tries to connect?  Do you see any error messages on the server?  If there's no error message, what exactly happens when the user tries to connect?

My fault.. I just have a https over RPC setup, two users at a remote site. One is working fine and second is not. Double checked exchange settings as far as Outlook access, but seem to be having log onto network problems. User get "The connection to the Microsoft Exchange server is unavailable. Outlook must be onlionenot connected, Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action"
Did you compare the Exchange Proxy Settings on both computers.  What version of Outlook and OS are you using?
