Cannot connect to internet

I have a computer on a network. There is an excellent signal to the wireless connection but when I try to open Internet Explorer it ways page cannot be displayed. I cannot get onto the internet. I have disabled any firewall etc. What now? I am on a network and can see it fine - I can even see the computer that is connected to the hub (the server).

    Run this script to fix your connection. The script reinstall winsock, TCP/IP stack, and HOSTS file.
