Tool that will sort XML nodes

Looking for a tool that will sort parent nodes based on children nodes. Any tools like that out there?

    You can sort XML data using an XSLT stylesheet. This is not a "tool", but more a technique. So basically it does the following:

    1) Read the XML
    2) Transform the XML to a sorted version

    What you need is:

    a) XSLT engine like Saxon or Xalan that runs on your server
    b) an XSLT stylesheet
