Cannot open windows easy transfer as domain user

When I try to run migwiz.exe it tells my i must be an administrator to run windows easy transfer even though the user Im logged in as is part of the domains administrators group and is also setup as a local administrator in the workstations control panel

    Works fine on my standalone Vista computer.  I wonder if there is some domain group policy that's been set up on your machine which inhibits its use?

    nope looks liek the local use was nto actually the domain user, once I logged in as a local adminsitrator and aded the domain user to the local users as adminsitrator every worked! thanks
