I want to add the maximum possible memory to my machine, but I don't have the manual and the manufacturer support line is closed on weekends.  Is there a way to interrogate the machine itself for this number?

you should lookup the mobo model, then look for the manufacturer's site, to download specs and manual; or post the model here.

Already tried, but I can't find precisely the right documentation.  The model is Hitachi Flora 270W PC4NB8-XH123CA20

Sorry - that's the machine model number.  I'll have to crack it open to work out the motherboard number.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Manual - no, motherboard, yes, thanks to SIW.  However, there was no information anywhere on the motherboard.  But it didn't matter as SIW was also able to tell me the maximum RAM capacity.  Thanks again.

Here's a screen shot.  These are results from a different machine, but the information is in the same place.
