SMS automation in VB 2005
Hi Experts,
I need to simulate a successfull SMS transaction
I have written an application for a recruitment type business and one of the features is automating an email to candidates and employers. In addition they now want me to demonstrate a similar feature with SMS.
They are more than willing, obviously, to purchase whatever is required with a service provider for the SMS feature but I need to demonstrate the concept and that it works.
I will need some code and probably a link to some SP that I can make use of a few times to demonstrate the concept. The code needs to be of such a nature that it can be adapted once the customer has engaged into and with the SP of their choice.
My environment is vb 2005, sql 2005, Vista and XP

Not sure however if the DLL used in the demo app will stop working after 30 days and if so, what I must purchase.

After 30 days, when you try to send or receive messages, it returns error messages, so you must purchase ActiveXperts Network Monitor 5 Server License which costs $395.00.

Given the exchange rate in SA purchasing this at almost $500 will not be an option though it works very well.
If my customer is willing to absorb this then not a problem.
I may have to look for an alternative solution.
