how to upload and resize a picture using jsp

Hi all,
does any one have an example, tutorial or article about  how to make upload for pictures using jsp and change it's width and hight according to a specific dimension
please help in that as soon as possible

try using commons-upload component from apache site google for its code
also you can give the size while displaying image in <img tag as width and height
but resizing anyways may disturb resolution
