MAPI property not found
I have an exchange server and fax server setup. The Fax server is sending mails to users of this exchange server. While sending the mails, the fax server is setting one MAPI property named PR_CREATOR_NAME. When outlook reads the mail form the server, the property is not visible.
Probably the exchange server is not allowing to set those properties.
I have checked the fax server. There is no problem with it.
Can you please provide some help regarding this.

I am using exchange 2003, GFI fax server 9.0.
GFI fax server probably sends the messages through MAPI.
GFI is installed on a different server, but a GFI connector is installed on the exchange server.

Could you let me know how you confirm the FAX server set PR_CREATOR_NAME? How do you check the property is missing in Outlook?

1. What's the version of the Exchange server?
2. How does the fax server send mails to Exchange server? via SMTP protocol?
3. What's the expected mail flow when a mail is sent from fax server to Exchange server?
