Forgot my password and I'm an Admin.

XP Pro sp2.  I'm an admin on the machine and I can't remember my password.  Caln't log in as Administrator because simple login is used and no "Administrator" user icon is present.  No other users are Admiins.  Help!

    Press Ctrl-Alt-Delete (sometimes need to do it twice) to get the standard login prompt - login as administrator. will help you reset a password

    Boot the computer in safe mode.  This will give you the icon for administrator.  When you're in safe mode as administrator, you can go to control panel>users and take the password off of your account or change it.
