A table has been created on my database by itself called "MSysCompactError". Is this worrying? What should I do?

Did you recently perfrom and Compact and Repair operation on your database?

If so, then there may have been an error (or more) that were encountered during that operation, and the details of the error might be found in the records in the new table.  Otherwise, you can ignore this table.

I have not compacted or repaired ever on this. I am still in the process of building it. Do I delete this table?

you can leave the table alone, as it is not critical to anything in Access.  Are there any records in the table?

Yes AW there are 2 records,

what fields are present in Tbl_Main_pt?  Should there be a field "Description"?

Probably nothing to be concerned about.
