Exchange 2003 will not recieve email, get error 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.7.1 Unable to relay

we have two domains that the mx records are pointed to our exchange server.  One works fine send and receive.  the othere we just changed last Monday we can only send email to an outside domain but it will not allow anyone to send to us.  it gives them back this eror.  (The following message to <david@ourdomain.com> was undeliverable.The reason for the problem: 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.7.1 Unable to relay.  our othere domain email works just fine.  where should i look?

Do you have both addresses in the Recipient policies?

yes,  under dnsstuff.com it said it could not send to postmaster@mydomain.com  so i even added that to my administrator account.

when i add a new user by default it does add the email address of my old domain that works. not my new one i changed the mx record on monday.

This is on the server. Go to Exchange System Manager, Then Recipients, Recipient Policies. If everyone is getting the new address, modify the default (or other policy) and add that email address policy. If it is not here, Exchange will not accept those messages (as you see).
