Assignin Permissions in Microsoft SQL Server Studio Express

Using Windows Server 2003 and Microsoft SQL Server Studio Express I am trying to figure out how to give a specific user group admin rights to specific tables or dbs.  I can not seem to find a way to do this.

did you install sql server managment studio for Express?
if not get it from microsoft.com
--
in the SSIM gui you will see  Server->DB->security (or grant permissions on object level)
