Outlook 2003 Meeting Request Scheduling Issue.

Using MS Outlook 2003 on Windows XP Pro, User A tries to schedule a meeting using Meeting Request.  He schedules the time and invites User B.  When User A clicks the Schduling tab to compare schedules, he cannot see all appointments on User B schedule as compared to User B calendar.  The calendar is correct, but the Scheduling tab is not.  Any ideas?

are the missing items simply set as Available on their free/busy dropdown?

No, the items are set to Tentative or Busy.

There's a bug in seeing shared calendars in Outlook. First try recreating the Outlook folder. If you need to save the address cache before deleting you save it away and then restore it. .nk2 file here:
C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

I can do that, but I have already tried creating a new profile in Mail and accessing that profile only.  The same errors occurred.  If you think recreating the Outlook profile is worth a try based on that infor, I can give it a whirl.

This issue was resolved by calling Microsoft.  They supplied a command to use that cleaned the Free/Busy information.  This information can be found at the following link:
