Radius authentication using Windows server 2003 and 3com 5500G.

I have a 3Com 5500G 24-port switch and a Windows 2003 server running Certificate services, A/D and IAS (Radius).
I need to authenticate XP Pro workstations running in the domain using certificates. I would also like to automatically assign the workstations to VLans. I would like no interaction required by the end-users. Does anyone have a "step-by-step" description of the correct way to do this? Thank you!!
