Export all formatting from an Access Report to Word

Is there a way to export an Access Report into Word that will include all formatting done to the report in Access?  We are looking for an answer other than using Snapshot or PDF.

Too bad, because those are the only formats where you can export an Access Report, and guarantee that the formatting stays exactly how it shows in Print Preview.

Once you have run the report, Export it to an appropriate path and file name saving it as a .rft file.  Now open the file with Word.

Exactly - is this close enough?

You may have to change the page margins to those of the report's if the magins did not copy over.

Once you save to a path in rtf format.  It does not save the formatting that was in the snapshot report in access.  We need a way to export to an editable format like word, that will maintain all the formatting done in access, such as images and text boxes.

The word format is needed to allow users to copy and paste data from the report.

Ok, so what is not in the RFT file that was in the original report?

The images and the table format.  The report is set up as a table layout, with 3 columns: Condition - Text field, Rating - Image and Explanation -Text.  All the text shows, but not the images in the table or the image in the header.
