Report to place dates in correct month column for each record
I need to use crystal 11 to place the date associated in each record under the appropriate month header as follows.
Milestone Desc Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul Aug......
MS No 1 5/15/07
MS No 2 6/15/07
MS No 3 1/1/07

Looks like you want a crosstab, sir.
Row would be your dates, and Column would be your months. Doesn't look like you will be summarizing anything.

Columns will be your months? How do I populate this? Do I need to build another table with each month in it?

I need all the months of the year not just the months populated from the date is the table, and Crystal doesn't seem to like null values.
What's not showing right? Is it leaving off months that have no data in them?
