Separate page for each subject !!!!

Hi

As I can see here in this System,

each Question have its own updated Separate page !!!!
Like :
http://www.experts-exchange.com/Programming/Languages/.NET/ASP.NET/Q_22703780.html
http://www.experts-exchange.com/Programming/Languages/.NET/ASP.NET/Q_22716054.html
http://www.experts-exchange.com/Programming/Languages/.NET/ASP.NET/Q_22712912.html

after I see this structure , I get big confuse !!!!
How every Question in different HTML page :( ?? its actually available ??  :(

I know the parameter should be passed to the pages like this , and the asp.net (Or any Server Site Language) code will tack this parameter [QNo] and query it in the database
http://www.experts-exchange.com/Question.aspx?QNo=22703780
http://www.experts-exchange.com/Question.aspx?QNo=22716054
http://www.experts-exchange.com/Question.aspx?QNo=22712912

But why each Question in Separate ?? how ?? whats the benefit from that ??

Thanks with my best regarding

is this a question about EE itself, or how this works in general?

in general, there is no real file for each question, but a url rewrite rule behind that indeed does rewrite the address:
http://www.experts-exchange.com/Programming/Languages/.NET/ASP.NET/Q_22703780.html
into something like this:
http://www.experts-exchange.com/Question.aspx?QNo=22703780
