Separate page for each subject !!!!

As I can see here in this System,

each Question have its own updated Separate page !!!!
Like :

after I see this structure , I get big confuse !!!!
How every Question in different HTML page :( ?? its actually available ??  :(

I know the parameter should be passed to the pages like this , and the (Or any Server Site Language) code will tack this parameter [QNo] and query it in the database

But why each Question in Separate ?? how ?? whats the benefit from that ??

    is this a question about EE itself, or how this works in general?

    in general, there is no real file for each question, but a url rewrite rule behind that indeed does rewrite the address:
    into something like this:
