When proposing a new time for a meeting, is there a way to see available times for a resource?

Hello, I have an Outlook/Exchange question today...  Suppose this scenario:

- Person A creates a meeting
- Person B is invited to attend
- Conference Room is booked as a resource

Person A, when viewing the meeting scheduling tab sees Person A (as meeting organizer), Person B (as attendee), and Conference Room (as resource).

Person B, when viewing the meeting scheduling tab, only sees Person A and Person B...  Conference Room never shows in the list.  If this person were to Propose A New Time, they would be completely in the dark as to when the Conference Room resource is actually available because it is not showing in their attendee list.

Is it possible to show a resource's information in Person B's meeting schedule window?

We are using Exchange 2003 and a mix of Outlook XP and 2003.  Thank you for your time and help!

Agreed, but if Person B wants to propose a new time for the meeting, it would be convenient if Conference Room would show up in the list so they aren't randomly guessing at times which the resource could possibly be booked.

Thank you for the quick response Peakpeak.
If you switch roles A-B, does the same happen for A, he cannot see the room's bookings?
Yes it does.  Whoever makes the meeting and books the resource can see Conference Room's times.  Whoever is the attendee, can not.

Strange, huh?  It seems like it's always been this way, but only recently have I had a need to worry about it.

Thanks!
I guess that's just the way it is.  Peakpeak, thank you for your help, I will award you the points because your assistance helped greatly.
