Creating a web certifiacte

I am using IIS 6.0 and i need to create a web certificate. How can i create my own web certificate for an internal web server. The client machines access my web server via it's ip address (192.168.xx.xx)

You want a SSL certificate for secure connection?

This will show you how to create a certificate using selfSSL. This is the eaiest way.

If you want to take it further then you should look into setting up a Certificate Authority on your network.  Alot more involved, but it depends on what you want to achieve.
