Host multiple domains with exchange 2003

Hello,
I am trying to setup an exchange 2003 enterprise server with 3 different domain names.  They must all be seperate from each other and each have their own global address book.  I have added the domains to the default recipient policy, and added users in AD for each domain.  I have set the default domain to the apropriate name and they send / recieve properly.  However, the global address book for all domains is the same... my primary domain.  Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks Red,
I was able to create the seperate OU's and recipient policy which all work.  However, after I followed the steps for the GAL the users of domain B still have the default GAL for the primary domain A.  I don't even see the new GAL listed while logged in as any user.
