Can not change MSN nickname in MSN group

Hi, I am in a MSN group(groups.msn.com) and which to change the MSN nickname in that group.
From the link below:
http://help.msn.com/(cHJvamVjdD13Y3Y5YyZtYXJrZXQ9ZW4tR0ImY3U9JnRtdD13Y3Y5YyZrYz0mZm9ybWF0PSZmaWx0ZXI9)/help.aspx?querytype=topic&query=GROUPS_PROC_ChangeYourMembershipOptions.htm
Click on the "Change your MSN nickname", it will shows step by step guide for changing the MSN nickname

I followed the guide, until the third step, which i get stuck, because I can't find "Change Your MSN Nickname" link.

I am thinking maybe the interface has changed, and the help is outdated. Hence, what I do is under the appearance section, I enter my new public nickname and save.

However, this does not change my MSN group nick name.

May I know what is the correct way to do that?

What options do you see at the "edit my profile" page?

ASKER

Here is the snapshot of that page:

As you can see, I have type "myNewNickName" in "Public NickName(Required)" field and click save, but neither previous post message in MSN group or nickname in my profile has used that name. They all are still using my email address name which is the default value.
Your previous messages probably wont reflect the changes but your profile should...
But somehow, both are not change...

Thanks justchat_1, your last comment has guide me to a definite way for getting an answer:)

I have posted my problem, and here is the excerpt of the reply from MSN Groups Technical Support:
"Please be informed that Microsoft has made changes to the Nickname feature. The old Nickname feature uses a local nickname specifically for MSN Groups. It was changed to provide the users a choice of using a global nickname that can be shared across MSN Groups and Windows Live Spaces. This move also prevents MSN users to be impersonated.

Some users have reported that they have changed their nicknames, but new nicknames do not appear in the groups they belong to. We are aware of this issue but, at this time, Microsoft is unable to revert those changes."

Seems like I can't do anything on it for the moment...
