I have only done this locally (we have Novell and no Windows domains), but it appears it can be done using group policy as well. The procedure is described here: http://technet2.microsoft.com/windowsserver/en/library/a0cf3d25-e08e-4c4b-a8e3-3b5f62249dc91033.mspx?mfr=true

To remote control a user's pc, you have to work on a remote machine as well. You cannot remote control a user session from the server itself.

I hope this helps!

Run tsadmin.exe, which is included with terminal services by default.
With this utility you can 'remote control' user sessions.

I hope this helps.

Then just right-click the username and select 'Remote control'.
If it's not available, you probably need to configure it:

- Click Start > Run > tscc.msc
- In the Connections folder, double-click your RDP-Tcp connection
- Click the Remote control tab to configure remote control settings; here you can choose to be able to remote control a user's pc without permission of the user and view as well as interact with the session of the user.

I hope this helps.
