execute file on successful msi install wininstall le 2003

Im using wininstall le 2003 to create an msi package which will copy some files into a folder, and create a shortcut on the desktop,

what i also need is a way to execute one of the copied files upon the installation succeeding,

how can i do this

I use VS2005 Deployment Project for creating MSI installers. I think it could be the same. You have to specify in Custom Actions a Commit action. Here you can specify a .exe or .dll file or a script file (.js, .vbs) which will be executed on succesfull finish.
