Sharepoint 2007 Helpdesk list. How to change forms

I want to set up a helpdesksystem using sharepoint 2007. I installed the template from Microsoft. How can I change the fields on the forms? I want to have only some fields on the "create form" and the rest on the "edit form" I don't know how to do this. When I create a new list, then every field is in the create form. Example
Description of Problem:
On the create form the customer creates the ticket. So I just want him to see "Title" and "Description of Problem". When a supporter edits the ticket, he should see everything. So he can answer the customer.
