How do I connect to the Active Directory Users and Computers management console from XP workstation?

How do I connect to the Active Directory Users and Computers management console from XP workstation?  I want to bypass the step of logging into the domain controller to do so every time

i assume the ad you're trying to connect to is win2k3?:

install this on windows xp:  http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=c16ae515-c8f4-47ef-a1e4-a8dcbacff8e3&displaylang=en

oops, wrong link!  meant to say you can use that for both 2k and 2k3 servers without problems.
