Any info on getting rid of this virus?

I use symantec antivirus.  I get the following warning in application event viewer and I am getting emails I should not be getting:

The virus is in the temp folder, so the first thing I would do is to empty that folder.

Or run temp cleaners.
Download and run ATF Cleaner by Atribune.

Reboot your computer into Safe Mode.
 
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

(If you use FireFox or the Opera browser,
To keep saved passwords, click No at the prompt.)

It's normal after running ATF cleaner that the PC will be slower to boot the first time.
