SonicWall SSL-Vpn 200

Hi guys,  I am using a sonicwall ssl-vpn 200 at our office, the problem I am having is when an employee goes home and logs in to check their mail from our exchange server 2003  it pulls their mail just fine, but when they come to work in the morning the mail they pulled the night before is gone from their machine at the office. Is there a way to have exchange server keep a copy of the mail on the clients machine?

If they connect with POP3, they need to set their mail client (Outlook?) to leave messages on server.
The first thing to check is how they are collecting their email.
If it is POP3 then the response above applies.
If it is MAPI (Exchange) then ensure that the delivery location is not set to a PST file but the mailbox.
