Meeting invitees can not accept meeting requests because it says they're the organizer, when they're not.

We have Exchange 2003 and all the service packs feeding clients using Outlook XP and 2003. The symptoms:
* Person A invites the company to a meeting
* Persons B through Z get the meeting request
* A random person who was invited, let's say Person R tries to accept the meeting request, but they get a message saying they can't because they're the meeting organizer! No, they aren't
* Everyone else can accept the meeting with no problem
This seems to be happening to random people in the organization once or twice a week. Any ideas? Thanks!
