Creating Backup-to-disc folder. Access denied with Backup Exec 10.

When I try and create a new Backup-to-Disc folder on a NAS from a server using Backup Exec 10, I get this message: "Unable to create Backup Folder. Access is Denied."  However, when I try and create it from a 2nd server with Backup Exec 11d, it works fine.

Permissions on the Shared folder are OK otherwise the 2nd server wouldn't be able to create the b-2-disk folder, so I am puzzled as to why there is  problem with the first server/Backup exec 10.

Are you using the same account to start Backup Exec services on both servers (10 & 11)?
Generally if you get an access denied message when creating a B2D folder, you have started the Backup Exec services with an account that has no rights to create folders on the NAS device.

honmapog - this looks like it worked - although I changed the Logon account on all the related BE services (Job Engine etc) as well as the BE Service itself. Also had to re-start these services a couple of times, but got there in the end.
Thanks.
