Im looking to create an application which depending on the options selected, will save particular files to particular locations.

In VB6 Id use a resource file, and no idea how to do this in .net

Anyone have an example of storing a file in a project, and then save that file?

You can use a resource file in VB.NET, too, but the approach is different than VB6.   Are you trying to create a multi-lingual application, or something different?

In brief its to create an HTML report, and the images, I want to extract from the resource file.

    Accepted Solution

    1) You can download and use the Resourcer:

    2) You can use a ResourceReader or ResourceManager to get values from the resource file.
