How do you do a mass update to the GAL in a Windows/Exchange 2003 environment?

I have about 150 user accounts in AD with email enabled, and have a need to ensure that all information within the GAL has been updated as thoroughly as possible.  I have all of the information necessary for the import in a CSV file, but do not want to manually update all 150 users.

The following script shows you how to create users based on the contents of an Excel spreadsheet; the code can easily be customized to modify existing users rather than creating new ones:

if i read it correctly, you have the accounts updated for each user in the GAL and you are looking to forcefully update it to all users so that they can have the updated GAL when they go to view the contacts or compose email....correct?

kaushal,

There are about 150 email-enabled AD accounts that are not hidden from the GAL.  They all have basic information within each of their properties, but I need to modify each entry to fill in fields like Title, Manager, Direct Reports, etc.  We are a child domain within a forest, and once this task is done, everyone within the forest will be able to see a very thorough GAL for our division.  Hope this helps.

I checked out the script above, and the one good thing is that is uses LDAP.  Using the ldifde utility would be a big pain, but the modification of that script above is quite daunting and I am looking for a better way.  Thanks for everyone's help.
