Avaya Message Manager v5.0

Avaya message manager will not hold server settings after closing application in Windows XP.  Each execution of the application requires the opening fields to be re-populated.

Not to descriptive was I...This is XP Pro and logging onto a Novell NW.  This install was done under the "User" account and installed as administrator then, not working, was uninstalled and reinstalled as the administrator.   I am wondering if I need to uninstall and clean any extra stuff in the registry before moving forward and installing it as administrator?

So is it only a single PC with the problem and others are OK?
Single PC, I granted the user admin rights and reinstalled, and the settings held though I had to give them rights to the install folder as well for some reason.  Looks like it worked, the quirk about the install folder seems strange but I can just add that to my XP image and I should be OK.

Thanks much for the insight, the "admin rights" on your first response got me going!  Should have thought of that first with XP -
Glad to have been of some assistance:-)

Regards

Steve
