How to create a drop down menu in Dreamweave 8

What' s the simplest way to create a mouse over "drop down menu" in Dreamweaver 8 ? The behaviour section in Dreamweaver 8 doesn't seem to be too obvious.

Any help would be appreciated.

Here is a great step-by-step, couldn't have said it better myself.

Search HELP for "jump menu"

Here is a tip from down the list that is very helpful to know as well

"to complete step 7 you must click within the document (anywhere expect the drop box itself). That is what she meant by document. There is where you would also right click or if you are a mac user, hold control and then click. I had trouble finding that option as well."

Hi Nyko333,

Do you want the drop down form menu (DragKng's example) or do you want a menu bar with submenus that show on mouseover?

Jason,

I already have a menu bar and need to add submenus to the titles in this menu bar.

Thanks.

Be careful doing this in DW.  The javascript files that DW creates to control the functionality are extremely big.  I always recommend using free alternatives instead.

These can be customised using CSS to suit your needs.
