Is There any other place where  I can check to verify what version of SBS 2003,   I am running ?

    Click Start -> Run -> Cmd.exe

    "SystemInfo" command displays operating system configuration information for a local or remote machine, including service pack levels.

    For more info:
    Click Start -> Run -> Cmd.exe
    SystemInfo /?

    The fastest way to find what version of windows you have is:
    Click Start > Run > type CMD.exe
    And in prompt type: winver
