in PhotoShop cs2  How increase or decrease an object size

I opend up 2 images I used the polygon tool extracted a baby pacifier from image one copied it then selected from layers pallette image 2  pasted it in now problem is the pacifier object is too big how do I select it and change its size up or down

    Accepted Solution

    Select the layer from the Layer palette, if this is not dispalyed go to Menu at top | Window and select layers.
    Then press CTRL+T keys simultaneously to transform the layer, drag the corner to resize both directions and hold down SHIFT key to keep proportion
