I'm encountering this same issue, but have not been able to resolve it with the steps outlined above. &nbsp;I'm running Vista Ultimate, Outlook 2007 and Firefox. &nbsp;I used to use IE, but recently switched over to Firefox and that's when the error began. &nbsp;I receive the error, but the URL loads properly in Firefox from within Outlook, even though the error remains on the screen until I click OK.<br />

Whenevr I am in Outlook and read my emails, sometimes there is a URL link which is always a valid link because if I were to copy it and paste it into the browser, it works. &nbsp;But when reading the emeil and if I were to clink on this URL link, I get the following error message :<br />

General Failure. &nbsp;The URL was &quot;&nbsp;<a href="http://www" rel="ugc">http://www</a>. .....&quot; The system cannot find the file specified. <br />
OK button displays. <br />
and when IU click OK, I am back to the email. <br />
I have no clue what is going on. &nbsp;Anywone knows a fix for this. <br />
