Add Backup Destination - OK button greyed out

When attempting to add a backup destination to a folder on a disk - clicking on the add button opens a box with Select Backup destination - File Name - it shows a path but the add button is greyed out.  If I click on the browse button & select another location - the OK button remains greyed out.  I cannot seem to find a disk location that is acceptable.

Any ideas??
