How far apart are some users receiving the email. &nbsp;It could be related to the timing on their automatic send/receive in Outlook. &nbsp;If the time difference is quite large I would recommend contacting your email service provider. &nbsp;Some providers will break up the emails going outbound based on the number of recipients. &nbsp;This is done to help with bandwidth management and also if there are a lot of recipients this can appear as spam to some companies so to prevent this the emails are broken up.

Same Email but different timing.
