Same Email but different timing.
Dear EE members,
I have some users located in location A. When an email send to
them, some received and some not received the same email at the sametime. We are using ADSL connection and the third party
email service provider. The email client software is MS Outlook.
How to resolve this problem? Any suggestion.
Thank you.

Peter

How far apart are some users receiving the email. It could be related to the timing on their automatic send/receive in Outlook. If the time difference is quite large I would recommend contacting your email service provider. Some providers will break up the emails going outbound based on the number of recipients. This is done to help with bandwidth management and also if there are a lot of recipients this can appear as spam to some companies so to prevent this the emails are broken up.
