Adobe Acrobat 8: Can't change Font size

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Standard to fill out a form sent to me. When I fill out the form, the text is cut off and seems to big. How can I change the font size on the text I am filling in?

If you are acrobat 8, then use the following:
1. Open Edit Form in Acrobat from the Form menu
2. Form menu toolbox will appear
3. Select Text box if your changing the font in text box.
4. Double click the text field where you want to change the font.
5. Text field properties will appear
6. In Appearance tab use : Font Size & Font as per your need.
7. In option tab check : Limit of and enter the number of characters for the text field...also check multiline if there are more text.

In this way you'll get the result what you expect.

Thanks

Under the Form Menu box, I only have:

Manage Forms > Import Data or Export Data
Track Forms
Highlight Fields
Clear From
I think you'r using acrobat reader if so then you cannot change anything unless there is permission from acrobat. Acrobat reader is meant for reading the pdf pages where the user cannot change anything..

I'm using I'm using Adobe Acrobat 8 pro to fill out a form. We are trying to change the font size on the text we are filling in. But the Edit Form in Acrobat from the Form menu is grayed out.  Is there a way to correct this or is there another way to change the font size?
