Account gets locked when accessing Citrix

We are running Citrix Presentation server 4.5 on a 2003 server; with Windows XP workstations. One user in particular keeps getting locked as soon as he accesses his citrix client (Windows Authenticated). Otherwise, his account will remain unlocked. I have tried everything I can possibly think of - changing the password back to a previous one, resintall his client (taking stabs in the dark), but the only thing that seems to work is deleting his profile on the Citrix server...however that's only short-lived. The problem eventually surfaces again. Any ideas?
