SQL 2005 Method not found - Maintainance Plan

Greetings all.

When trying to make new, or open old, maintanance plan on SQL 2005 I get the following message:

Method not found: 'Void Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.DatabaseMaintenance.TaskUIUtils..ctor()'. (Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.MaintenancePlanTasksUI).

I work directly on the server which is Windows server 2003 SP2, SQL 2005 is also with latest SP. i've already checked the question about the similar problem on this site but there  problem was resolved by reinstalling SQL which, for me, is last possible option. Any thoughts?

Thank you.

PS. I am a beginner in SQL administration and have inherited the system in question few mounths ago.

It could just be a problem with the client tools.  Can you reinstall just the client tools?  That's a pretty easy process that doesn't take much time.
