Restricting Internet Access

I have a network of computers and I would like to restrict any kind of Internet access on each workstation. Does anyone know of any freeware that can do this?

You could setup an internet gateway using Linux..it is free..and then use a combination of linux software to block internet access to computers at certain times or to certain sites....
If you know about Linux try...Debian + Webmin + SQUID
As for other options..how are you distributing your Internet..through a linksys router for example

You can block all internet access except for approved ones by using the Content Advisor. Follow the instructions in this article:
