Extract Data from Pivot Table

What i require from a develop, is to extract information from the pivot table, and post that information into a different worksheet, the information that i require from the pivot table to be extracted - exact match ......

the sub-total for each Portfolio ID.........that matched and placed in a second work sheet. for example....

Pivote Table is saying:

ID           Name                     total
1            Barclays1               1000
              Barclays2               1000
Total                                    2000

extract the 2000 (sample figure) and post this into a new work sheet that has combined portfolio id similar to col F in the workbook.....so the above would be posted into col f (as a example - against barclays 1+2 as 2000).

But in the new work sheet the macro asks the user which colum and row to add this extarcted information to.....
