I have problem installing exchange ESM Tool in my windows Vista, I keep getting error about IIS not strated or not enabled, but in fact I have IIS installed and started.<br />

Installing exchange ESM Tool in  windows Vista

Windows Vista is an operating system created by Microsoft as the successor to Windows XP. It was intended for PCs, workstations and laptops, and shares the same code base as its successor, Windows 7.
